Can I download the bundle on my iOS or Android-powered device?
You can make a bundle purchase on a mobile device but a computer is required to download the music files. It shows up as ZIP file and can be placed in the appropriate music software and synced with your favorite portable player or tablet.
How long does it take you to respond to technical issues or questions?

Is this legal?
Yes, all bands, artists, labels and publishers are excited to share their content with new potential fans. They agreed to combine powers to create an amazing bundle for as many people as possible to download. You can totally tell your favorite police officer about us.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and Paypal.
What format is the music in?
We serve up our downloads in two formats: MP3 320 and FLAC. All music is DRM-free with embedded album art to keep in accordance with proper digital library standards.
Should I choose MP3 or FLAC?
Generally speaking, if you have to ask you should choose MP3. It sounds great, doesn't take up too much space and will go directly into iTunes so you can load up your favorite portable music player. FLAC is a lossless audio format with superior sound quality and larger file sizes. FLAC is not supported by iTunes or iPods.
What's up with the year supply option?
The Year Supply and the Soundsupply Sixer were subscription-style purchase options that we’ve been experimenting with in the past, but at this time we are not offering. How can my music be a part of a future bundle?
Send us your stuff! We encourage any band, label, author, artist or fan to send in any content you feel like we should be checking out. Due to the high volume of submissions, we will be unable to respond to every email, but we definitely check out everything you take the time to send in, guaranteed. We prefer links to streamable music sent to hello@soundsupply.com.

After purchasing, you will receive an email containing a download link. This email can be forwarded to whomever you would like!
